Michelle Greenwell, BA Psychology, MSc CAM, PhD CIH (Complementary and Integrative Health), Touch for Health, Therapeutic Touch, and NeuroReflex Integration. Michelle specializes in movement to heal the body and loves to share simple tricks and tools from her energy toolbox as well as dance and Tai Chi. Understanding the structure of the body is just the beginning of understanding emotion, mood, and vitality. With a focus on how the Five Element Wheel from Chinese Medicine provides us with clues about our well-being, Michelle is able to prioritize the needs of clients and students to quickly and effectively help them move from lethargy, fatigue, confusion, pain, and challenge to ease and flow with energy and vitality. People often question how simple it can be, but the truth is in how you feel, and after just a few minutes with Michelle you can feel the lift in spirit and the engagement of your body to lift the posture and create excitement for living well.
Michelle is an award-winning author and presenter, loves herbs, cooking, and writing. She is the owner of Dance Debut Inc for movement programs, workshops, retreats, and private sessions, and The Cape Breton Tea Company for all things uplifting about tea and well-being.
